Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
Please note: Custom cut or made-to-order cables are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
